In April 2026, online users searched for Serena Williams’ weight loss and a purported gelatin trick recipe to shed pounds — as well as information about an alleged Jillian Michaels’ gelatin trick benefiting Kelly Clarkson’s own weight loss — to locate further details regarding a special mixture to lose weight with Jell-O and common pantry ingredients. Those users looked for more data after viewing scam marketing videos initially promoting a supposed gelatin trick for weight loss, followed by the reveal of a miracle product in the form of various product names, for example Burn Gummy.
In short, Williams, Michaels and Clarkson never created or endorsed any special gelatin trick recipe for weight loss. Brazilian scammers fabricated the gelatin trick recipe promise as a marketing lie to hook consumers to watch lengthy videos displaying deepfake AI and fully-AI depictions of Williams, Michaels, Clarkson, and others to allege they provided endorsements of Jell-O mixtures for weight loss. No evidence supports Jell-O or gelatin of any kind as a miracle ingredient for miraculous weight loss. Basically, there is no gelatin trick recipe for weight loss, no matter how many websites, social media posts, images and videos claim to offer such a method.
An investigation of this product appears below in a YouTube video from Jordan Liles, titled, “Serena Williams’ Gelatin Trick for Weight Loss? Brazilian Scammers Promoted AI Videos to Defraud You.” After that, look for a transcript from my YouTube video about Serena Williams’ weight loss and the gelatin trick recipe lie. I advise victims of this scam to report fraud to the FTC and to read up on NIH-organized weight loss data.

This video is all about the fact that Serena Williams never endorsed any sort of a gelatin trick, salty gelatin trick to lose weight. This is all a big scam. It also involves Jillian Michaels, Oprah, Kelly Clarkson, other celebrities you might see in this video. No celebrities, no doctors, hospitals, or universities ever endorsed a gelatin trick for weight loss. And there is no gelatin trick for weight loss. This is a long-running scam tactic likely coming from Brazil where people are claiming, scammers being the people, scammers are claiming that there’s something involving gelatin. They even have Michelle Obama here. Scammers are claiming there’s something involving gelatin that can help you lose weight.
And this is a hook in these long videos like the one you see here on my screen to get you to watch the video because they you’re going to think, “Oh, there’s a recipe they’re going to reveal to me in the next few minutes.” And the video lasts for like an hour and by the end of the video you aren’t shown a recipe. There’s no recipe. It’s a bottle of pills and it could go under a number of different product names because scammers rotate those product names. I’m not calling the products themselves a scam. I have not bought the products. But I will tell you this, there is no legitimate marketing for any of these products. There’s only scam marketing that I found.
So, what does that tell you about everything going on here? Lots of scam marketing. Lots of deepfake AI-generated depictions of famous people like Jillian Michaels and like I said, Serena Williams. They never actually said any of the words you’re seeing. What you’re going to see in here are deepfake AI depictions, meaning manipulated lip movement with AI generated audio. And some of those, see those three videos right there? Those are complete AI depictions top to bottom.
“In the next 30 seconds, I’m going to reveal the entire gelatin trick recipe to you, unlike these fake specialists and scammers who only promise and never reveal the true recipe to you. My name is Jillian Michaels. I’m a personal trainer and known for being quite extremist on social media. I always recommended lots of exercise and very restricted diets for my patients until I learned, through a great friend, the gelatin recipe. I decided to test it on my patients and even on famous clients like Michelle Obama.”
So, she’s not saying, and there’s Rebel Wilson right there, a fake image looks like on the right, a real image on the left, looks fake on the right, just some sort of an AI looking glare on her face. This is something where Julian Michaels is not actually saying the word she’s saying. And that anyone else famous you see here is not saying the words they’re saying. I just want to make sure because there sometimes are people watching my videos who aren’t really aware of what I’ve said. And so I’m just reiterating you’re seeing what’s called deepfake AI depictions, meaning scammers have manipulated the lip movements and the vocals of famous people to make it seem like they talked about this, but they never did. Jillian Michaels never endorsed this or had anything to do with it. But scammers are using her image and likeness.
And you might say, “Well, how can they do that? Can’t you go after them?” Can’t she sue or something? If these people are hiding in another country like Brazil and they’re jumping from website to website to website to website and trying to hide, that becomes very difficult and costy… and costly, of course, for attorneys and whatever else. That’s my thinking.
“… and Serena Williams. And their results were incredible. There’s nothing as powerful and potent for fat burning as this gelatin recipe because it releases enzymes that activate fat burning hormones, GLP-1 and GIP, the same ones that expensive pens entertain.” “The gelatin recipe was incredible for me. In the first 15 days, I lost nine pounds. And at the end of two months, I was 41 pounds lighter. And no, I didn’t need surgery or any weight loss medication. I would never go through something that wasn’t natural. And the best part is I still eat my sweets, which have always been my weakness.”
“Now, see this mother, one of my patients who lost the most weight without needing restrictive diets and tiring exercises? Using the gelatin trick just once a day.” “I hired Jillian Michaels to help me lose weight with exercise. And for a month, we did the right protocol and I only managed to lose 8 pounds during 30 days until she introduced me to the gelatin trick. In the first 15 days …”
I’m blurring this woman because they’re showing her baby, the scammers are, which shows you how terrible the scammers are. Not only are they trying to to seize on and find victims for this scam, they also don’t care if they’re using someone’s baby in their scam marketing. Really quality people who are running these ads.
“I lost more than 16 lbs. At the end of one month, I ended up losing 32 lbs of soft fat from my postpartum belly, besides making my skin firmer, because gelatin is rich in collagen, and it ends that annoying body bloating.” “Ladies, grab paper and pen and write down this gelatin recipe. Because if this mixture of four ingredients doesn’t make you lose weight, not even diets and exercise will.”
“Why did eating one cube per day of this strange gelatin trick make Serena Williams lose 54 lbs in 90 days without dieting or exercising? I’m Jillian Michaels, celebrity expert and the creator of this new homemade trick. You’re going to learn this today and it will leave you with no choice but to burn 27, 50 or even 74 lbs in the next few weeks. Seriously, I’ll tear up my diploma if this doesn’t happen.”
She said, “I’ll tear up my diploma” because the AI tool that created this fake voice of hers didn’t know it should be “tear up.” And by the way, at certain point here, I’ve seen these videos before, they might have Serena Williams refer to herself like she’s an actor because the scammers messed up. And Serena Williams’ AI depiction here, meaning manipulated lip movement, might also claim might also mention her name in the third person accidentally. Let’s see if they kept that in here.
“And since I’m tired of people asking me all day long how to do this at home, in less than 2 minutes, I’m going to reveal everything right now and only here.” “People laugh when I say I lost 77 lbs just by doing a gelatin trick once a day. But it’s true. It all started when Serena Williams called me and asked a very strange question.”
She called herself?! Is that what happened, scammers?! You guys like… this video with that big mistake has been running for at least weeks, which brings joy to my heart. Kind of wasted money, because you know some people click out at that point and save themselves from the scam. Oh, it’s so wonderful!
“Do you have gelatin at home? At the time I weighed 159 lbs and had heard from film directors that I would never be seen as a sexy woman at that size. In two months without dieting, without exercising, and without medication, I lost 77 lbs using this simple and honestly delicious gelatin trick every morning.” Was that even her on the right in that previous photo? That did not look like her at all. “… which feels like taking Ozempic daily without any side effects. It became my ritual. Something so ordinary flipped the switch and ripped the obesity out of my body in just a few days, effortlessly.”
“As Serena said, this is like taking a daily shot of Ozempic without feeling any side effects.” Just to be clear, Serena Williams never endorsed a gelatin trick or any sort of weight loss medications at all. This is deepfake AI depictions and, and as well as Jillian Michaels.
“And with a huge bonus, you burn fat even faster. I’ve even received messages from women asking for help. They had to stop using the gelatin trick after dropping from a size large to a medium in less than 10 days.” “Now, I’m very careful when recommending the gelatin trick. My stomach flattened in 10 days, and I had to stop because even my underwear started to fall off. Just a warning to everyone who follows me. Use with awareness.”
“And why is this simple gelatin trick replacing every known diet and workout for weight loss? Well, unlike what everyone thinks, there’s something in gelatin that goes far beyond producing collagen and improving bone health when done the right way. The first contact this gelatinous mixture makes with your gut triggers something magical. An immediate release of two satiety hormones that have been dormant in your body. The same ones that are replicated synthetically and dangerously by medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro. Your appetite plummets. Your body believes it’s full and it begins burning stored fat from your belly, arms, and thighs 24 hours a day, even while you sleep. It’s …”
So, this is funny because I keep seeing Jillian Michaels’s dog, I guess, in the background behind the window walking back and forth, left and right. And I’ve seen this now for months because I’ve seen the same video for months over and over again because no one in this country or world does anything about taking scams off the internet, because no one cares, I guess. I don’t know.
“It’s like tricking your metabolism into doing exactly what you want. Simple, natural.” You watch right here. You might see the dog. “One cube per day. You might need to replace your entire wardrobe in a week. And now this trick is leaving the celebrity world and has already helped more than 114,000 men and women between the ages of 25 and 80 from the United States to Canada activate an automatic fat burn of up to 20 lbs every 15 days without changing a single second of their routine.”
“It’s been 10 days since I started doing my gelatin trick every morning and I’ve already lost 24 lbs. I don’t know how you discovered this, Jillian, but it’s a miracle. I’m in shock. I lost 39 lbs in 45 days with …” AI images on the left and right that just disappeared. Those are AI-generated images. And if you’re someone who looks at AI all the time, you know those are AI and that was AI and that was AI.
“… waste time treating symptoms. I go straight to the real …” Problem is when I pause, it shows this. So I can’t pause the frame that I want to show you, but I couldn’t even I mean there was AI after AI. The Joe Rogan thing looked like a deepfake. I you know you can’t keep up. That’s how much AI is in these things.
And some of you might be wondering well how do you know it’s AI? I’m a senior reporter. My name is Jordan Liles. I’m a senior reporter for the fact-checking website Snopes.com. This here is my personal YouTube channel separate from that. And I come here on nights and weekends to help people with additional reporting to keep people away from scams. It’s like a public service. So if you like that, hit the like button down below. There’s a join button as well.
“And that’s how I managed to create some of the most impossible natural weight loss cases ever documented by science. Cases that even became headlines in the media, like the famous story of Dr. Oz and singer Kelly Clarkson.” “It seems like a miracle, but Jillian made me realize it’s real. with just a few of these ingredients. I did the morning gelatin trick and lost the 26 pounds I gained during pregnancy in just 15 days.”
“I was already ashamed to go …” So they showed that woman just now right before Kelly Clarkson, but I think they wanted that to be Kelly Clarkson and the scammers messed up and now they go to the deepfake of Kelly Clarkson. I know I’m stopping a lot and talking a lot, but there are a lot of people who watch my videos who need a little bit of guidance going through the videos and some of you might just want me to play the video and not talk. So, I hope that you understand why I do talk because I’m trying to help keep people away from spending a lot of money for nothing.
“… go onstage. And doing the gelatin trick from expert Jillian every morning not only made me lose 40 lbs in 38 days, but it brought back the glow I had lost.” “I take my hat off to you, Jillian. I have never seen anything work so well for weight loss after 50 as this gelatin trick. Losing two lbs per day is simply insane.” “Did these women have to go to the gym? Did they have to give up their favorite foods and live trapped in calorie counting? Absolutely not. One cube every morning was the big secret. And if you want to discover what your before and after will look like just a few days from now.”
There’s the dog! See it? There’s the dog! “… show you how to make this happen in less than two minutes. Even if you need to lose 10 or …” She just said “in just two minutes,” right? And she said that a few minutes ago as well. “In just two minutes.” They’re going to keep stringing you along. The scammers are until you finally get to the end of the video. There is no gelatin trick recipe. If you find a gelatin trick recipe video on YouTube or somewhere else, that is a lie. That is a hook to get you to go and buy products somewhere else. It is a lie coming from the scam world. People who do not value other people trying to take their money, as much as possible for whatever reason that they want more money and more money and more money, despite all the lessons in life about how like the pursuit of money and riches and you know blah blah blah blah blah.
“… or 80 lb. Everyone who made the smart decision to test the gelatin trick shares the same kind of story.” “The science behind this trick is incredible. I just had to follow Jillian step by step, combine the right ingredients, and by the first seven days I was shocked when I saw myself in the mirror on the first day. I woke up with insane energy and such a strong feeling of fullness that I even forgot about food. And it all started when Jillian said my body was swapping fat from my belly, thighs, and arms for pure fuel. And from the third day on, the impossible began to happen. My belly visibly flattened. The pants that used to squeeze now hung loose. My face slimmed. My neck started gaining definition. In 15 days, my breasts were firmer. My skin smoother, and I felt sexy. By day 30, I was a different woman, eating everything. Burgers, sweets, pasta, everything that made me happy. No saggy skin, no shame, just curves, visible bones, and the freedom to wear a bikini without hiding anything. That’s when I realized I had reversed my metabolism and uncovered the body secret to automatic fat burning. I went from a 44-year-old overweight mom to a slim, sexy woman, again, desired by my husband, so fast, it took me a while to believe it. And if you’re in that phase where every outfit you put on, every photo you see of yourself feels like a punch in the chest, a warning that you’ve crossed the line, then you need to try this gelatin trick we’re about to show you today. Because once you start, there’s no going back. These primitive hormones will be activated and your body will enter an emergency mode that forces all the trapped fat to be burned uncontrollably every hour of the day. And you’ll be a whole new person in less than two weeks with zero effort. And I’m telling you this as someone who truly lived the pain of carrying all that extra weight every single day. You will regret not having tried it sooner.”
“What you’re about to see is a slap in the face to diets, workout programs, and those influencers who say ‘you need to eat like a rabbit to lose weight.’ You’re about to discover something that has been scientifically proven by dozens of the best doctors and scientists I could find.” Nope. “And the only reason this isn’t on the front page of every newspaper and magazine …” is because it is all a scam. That’s why you will not find any news sources, if you want to call them the “mainstream media,” whatever, or independent sources or blogs, conservative, liberal, anything, talking about this being something that’s real. Not because they’re in “the pocket of Big Pharma,” but because this is not real. This is coming from Brazil. They’re trying to get your money. That’s what this is.
And by the way, YouTube allows videos promoting this as something that works on channels, music channels, wrestling channels, sports channels that have lots of followers, hundreds of thousands or millions of followers that are being paid to allow that content. People, scammers are paying these YouTube channels fees to allow their videos on channels that have nothing to do with scams. YouTube is aware of this. They became aware of it one, two, three years ago whenever part of our reporting we talked to them about it and showed them evidence and they said they didn’t see anything that needed to be taken down at that time. I’m paraphrasing of course, and it’s just very sad to take you know to say the very least.
That’s what’s going on here. And so, by the way they also show Jell-O a lot in those videos which is kind of funny that you can go buy Jell-O and lose weight I mean come on like it makes no sense. This ends up in the instance I’m looking at it now going to a product called Burn Gummy. It could go to a number of different products. There are lots of different products that scammers rotate, like I said. And you know, Burn Gummy is just one of the latest ones. It’s going to be something else in a few days. Whatever. Like, comment, subscribe. The join button is down below.
Serena Williams never endorsed any sort of gelatin trick for weight loss. That is a scam. Nor did Jillian Michaels. Nor did anyone famous or doctors or hospitals or universities. This is a massive scam. It’s ongoing. The fact that it is ongoing for months means that it’s working for the scammers and the tech platforms that could shut it down by not allowing ads are not going to do that because they want money because greed is king in the world today and it’s really really sad. I wish I could do more to help people but at least I helped you I hope stay away from this garbage. Thank you so much for watching.
