In April 2026, online users searched for ethnobotanist Dr. Paul Cox, a honey recipe and the name of the product Core Strength Premium Supplements. Essentially, the users looked for further information regarding whether Cox, alleged Harvard orthopedist Dr. Mark C. Gebhardt, CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s Anderson Cooper and actor Morgan Freeman ever endorsed or talked about any such recipes or capsules. In the course of users’ research, they viewed scam advertising videos and then searched for Core Strength Premium Supplements reviews, wishing to find details about Cox purportedly offering a honey recipe or supplements to cure Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, dementia, joint pain, knee pain, tinnitus and other ailments.
In short, Cox never teamed up with Gebhardt, Gupta, Cooper and Freeman, to promote a honey recipe — or any recipe for that matter — or Core Strength Premium Supplements. Cox confirmed the scam nature of the website videos and fraud funnels himself in an official video. No honey recipe cures Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, dementia, joint pain, knee pain or tinnitus. Scammers fabricated the idea as part of an elaborate way of defrauding consumers with garbage supplements offers, including creating deepfake AI depictions of Cox, Gebhardt, Gupta, Cooper and Freeman to allege they provided positive honey recipe and Core Strength reviews. No evidence supports honey or Core Strength pills as a miracle product for any ailment.
An investigation of this product appears below in a YouTube video from Jordan Liles, titled, “Dr. Paul Cox’s Honey Recipe and Core Strength Pills Scam Exposed. Deepfake AI Video Ads Promote Lies.” After that, look for a transcript from my honey recipe and Core Strength YouTube video. I advise victims of this scam to report fraud to the FTC and to read up on NIA-funded joint pain research.

This video is all about the fact that there is a scam going around online claiming that Dr. Paul Cox has endorsed on CNN something called Core Strength Premium Supplements and he never did. This is an outright scam. All this you that you can see here it’s deepfake AI scam marketing meaning manipulated lip movement with AI-generated audio and “60 Minutes” never covered this. Anderson Cooper never covered it. Dr. Paul Cox has nothing to do with it. No doctors, hospitals, universities, or celebrities of any kind, famous people ever endorsed Core Strength Premium Supplements.
This is something where scammers are trying to get you to fall for something so that then they can profit from you based upon lies. Absolutely. And there is no proof that Core Strength supplements, Core Strength Premium Supplements, the orange bottle that you probably saw out there, can do anything of a miracle value. It likely is just something that’s been rebranded from a bunch of other product names that I’ve seen before that were also associated with scam marketing.
So, I’m going to hit play on this, show you what they’re trying to claim here again just to make sure. Dr. Paul Cox never endorsed Core Strength Premium Supplements or anything for weight loss or Alzheimer’s or joint pain, knee pain, knee surgery, any sort of ailment, diabetes, whatever. They’re using Dr. Paul Cox, as you can see here, Morgan Freeman and Anderson Cooper and other people to try to convince you to fall for this. And I’m saving you, I hope, from this.
So, let’s hit play on this right now. “Hundreds of arthritis victims who were resigned to a life of agonizing pain are now enjoying pain-free motion in the knees, hips, and back once again, thanks to a new miracle at-home protocol that doesn’t involve drugs, injections, or surgery, says its discoverer, Dr. Paul Cox.”
And again, Dr. Paul Cox has nothing to do with Core Strength Premium Supplements, joint pain, or anything like that. And by the way, there are other YouTube videos out there on scammy YouTube channels trying to sell you on clicking a link in their pinned comment or the description to go and buy a product. I’m talking about scammers in YouTube videos that YouTube won’t take down because whatever, they they don’t do a good enough job of doing that. Don’t believe those videos. Hit the three dots under those videos or next to those videos, hit report and report those as fraud and scams, which is what they are.
“According to Dr. Cox’s laboratory analyses, in case after case, this totally safe and natural approach ended heat and swelling in affected joints within 3 to 10 days.” So, just to make sure everyone knows, because not everyone’s at the same level of tech-savviness, this is a fake Anderson Cooper voice. Someone has used computers, AI technology to make it sound like Anderson Cooper said these words, but he never did. No one famous ever talked about this product like you’re going to hear in this video. “60 Minutes” never ever reported about this. It’s all fake. So don’t think they did. It’s all scammers likely in Brazil making you think that these famous people, famous shows had something to do with this. And they don’t. They simply don’t. Go see a doctor if you have any sort of medical problem. Don’t rely on weird stuff you find online.
“… relieves pain and in most cases eliminates pain entirely in 2 weeks or less. Allows more normal movement of affected parts in 3 weeks or less. Restores damaged bone structure in most cases in 3 to 6 months. Now, Harvard scientists report the same results in clinical trials conducted in early 2026.” “In clinical trials, X-ray images show Dr. Paul Cox’s natural at-home approach rapidly improves bone structure in arthritis.”
That guy, Dr. Mark C. Gebhardt has nothing to do with this. “Kneecaps were unfusing themselves. Compressed vertebrae were regenerating while joint spacing, cartilage, and synovial fluid levels visibly returned toward normal lubricating joints and allowing smoother movement without friction.” “One of the first people who tried this discovery was the Hollywood star Morgan Freeman.”
Ok, Morgan Freeman, like I said, has nothing to do with this. Anyone you hear talking in this video never actually said the words you’re hearing. Core Strength Premium Supplements. I’m not calling the product a scam. I’ve not tried it. But I will tell you this. All the marketing out there is scammy. I found no legitimate marketing for this product. So what does that tell you right there? That should that should explain everything away for you, right?
“I tried every top pain treatment in the U.S. money could buy. 15 years of it. But the pain only got worse.” Doesn’t sound like him. “It took me 10 minutes just to get out of bed. Stairs felt like torture. A sharp pain that makes you stop halfway up. That knife in the knee feeling. It keeps you on edge. You don’t just stand up and walk anymore. You think about it first. After a while, I just accepted it. That’s my life now. When Sanjay told me about Dr. Cox’s work, I thought, an at-home protocol that actually reverses years of joint damage.”
Dr. Sanjay Gupta has nothing to do with Core Strength Premium Supplements. So, if you’re looking around for Dr. Sanjay Gupta Core Strength Premium Supplements, he has no involvement. Just making sure everyone knows that. “Really, till, I tried it. Within the first week, the heat and swelling in my knee were gone completely. By the end of the second week, that sharp stabbing pain had left. A few days later, my daughter saw me going up the stairs and said, “Dad, you didn’t even ask for help.” I hadn’t done that in years.”
“This was no isolated case. In recent clinical trials, Dr. Cox’s natural at-home approach was tested head-to-head against the very drugs most arthritis sufferers depend on: Advil, Aleve, Celebrex, Tramadol, and even cortisone injections. And the results surprised even the specialists. In the study, 89% of participants reported joint stiffness, heat, and swelling dramatically reduced within the first week. 84% resumed normal daily activities without discomfort or pain in 2 weeks or less. 92% reported almost no pain or mobility difficulty after 4 weeks. X-rays showed progressive bone regeneration and restoration of synovial fluid over time.”
Just to make sure everyone knows, Harvard has nothing to do with this. I’ve seen videos like this before, scam videos, and then I go look up the report and it doesn’t exist. This might exist, but has nothing to do with Core Strength Premium Supplements, Dr. Paul Cox, or anything. They’re just citing something that either is real, but has nothing to do with this or isn’t real at all. Does not matter. Go see a doctor. Don’t rely on weird scams you find online.
“By the end of the study, most participants returned for their final evaluation independently without assistance from family members and without using conventional pain medications. To understand how Dr. Cox’s natural protocol is helping people across America, even in decade-long bone-on-bone cases and seniors confined to wheelchairs move freely and live without pain, we invited Dr. Sanjay Gupta, renowned neurosurgeon and CNN’s chief medical correspondent who traveled to Wyoming to interview Dr. Paul Cox personally and answer two critical questions. What is this natural protocol that’s reversing joint damage and restoring pain-free movement even in severe bone-on-bone cases? And how exactly are people using it at home step-by-step to walk, climb stairs, and move through the day without pain in just a couple of weeks?”
That’s the other thing. They’re going to claim it’s a natural protocol, some sort of [honey] recipe for joint pain. That’s what scammers do in these videos. They claim it’s a [honey] recipe and then at the very end they’re like, “Oops, it’s a bottle of pills” cuz they know you’re not going to watch the long video if it’s a bottle of pills. There is no [honey] recipe. The [honey] recipe is a lie to hook you to watch the whole video.
“When we began investigating chronic back, knee, and hip pain, something didn’t make sense. For 50 years, medicine told us it was simply wear and tear, age, genetics. But when we examined the data more closely, it became clear that wasn’t the whole story. That trail led us to a small nonprofit laboratory in the mountains of Wyoming, where Dr. Paul Cox has been studying pain biology and joint aging for years. The visible damage, worn down cartilage, bone grinding on bone, that’s not the real problem. In fact, that’s a symptom. It’s like coughing during a cold. You don’t treat the cough alone. You treat the cold so the cough goes away. I’ll be honest, as a physician, I was skeptical at first. Dr. Cox didn’t just discover how to stop joint damage. What we saw again and again was the joint rebuilding itself. Worn bones rebuilding …”
So, we don’t need to watch much more. This video might last an hour. They’re going to claim there’s a [honey] recipe over and over. A natural [honey recipe] method. They’re never going to reveal that. There might be a money-back guarantee offer at some point. That’s not going to be honored. The scammers are going to keep your money, of course. And then Core Strength Premium Supplements are not going to do what they say this is going to do. That’s something at the end that they’re going to try to sell you.
I’m not saying Core Strength Premium Supplements, whoever’s behind that—which by the way, you can’t find information about that, the founder, where the staff is, where they bottle it, all that secret—I wonder why. All this is not good. Okay, don’t fall for this. Dr. Paul Cox, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Anderson Cooper never endorsed some sort of special like [honey] recipe for joint pain or knee pain or anything like that. This is all just not great.
And so I hope that my video’s been able to help you figure out that this is not something that’s going to help you. Core Strength Premium Supplements. Yeah. Like, comment, subscribe. The join button is down below. If you have questions, please let me know. And thank you so much for watching.
