On Nov. 4, 2024, I noticed that Google users were searching for information about a Forgrich reviews scam. This scam specifically concerned Facebook and Instagram advertisements promoting a $49 “clearance sale” on Forgrich.com for both a Segway electric dirt bike (e-bike) — specifically the Segway Dirt eBike X260 — and electric mobility scooters. The website’s owners designed Forgrich.com to misleadingly resemble Amazon.com. Some users looked for help after first viewing advertisements that offered purported deals on Segway e-bikes or electric mobility scooters on Facebook pages named Forgrich and Forgrich.com. As of this writing, the Forgrich reviews scam website’s homepage promoted Christmas collections, tools, games and more. (I referred to the scam as the “Forgrich reviews scam” for keyword purposes.)
In my research, I looked into the Forgrich reviews scam website and its promises of Segway e-bikes and electric mobility scooters from Amazon.com at “clearance sale” discounts. I advise consumers to not order anything from Forgrich.com. The owners of Forgrich.com misrepresented their website. The homepage displayed nothing about Amazon.com, Segway e-bikes or scooters, showing that the scammers attempted to hide their advertising activities from prying eyes.
Forgrich.com E-bike and Scooter Scam Facebook Advertisements
One example of an advertisement displayed by the Forgrich Facebook page was a video claiming Amazon.com and Segway promoted a “clearance sale” for an e-bike costing $49. The text caption read, “[Popular] off-road e-bike in 2024. Game-changing electric dirt bike. Fast charge, long-lasting battery capacity. Performance electric dirt bike for all. Only $49 to add fun to your life.”

The post also displayed the words, “Only today $49. Segway Dirt e-bike. Free return within 30 days.”
In another example of a Forgrich.com scam advertisement, the Forgrich.com Facebook page promoted a clearance sale for a purported “3-wheel, 2-seater electric mobility scooter.”

Forgrich Poses as Amazon.com Website
The main reason why I believe consumers should not purchase items on the Forgrich reviews scam website was that someone associated with Forgrich.com pretended to be associated with Amazon.com and Segway e-bikes. Also, the website looked just like other scam shopping websites I reviewed in the past, in particular around the Christmas shopping season.
Mainly, as a GoDaddy.com search confirmed, the owner or owners of the Forgrich reviews scam website — pretending to be Amazon.com and Segway e-bikes — registered the domain name Forgrich.com with nameservers located in China. The nameservers read, “Name Server: DNS21.HICHINA.COM” and “Name Server: DNS22.HICHINA.COM.” The Forgrich.com website itself does not mention China, showing that the owner or owners probably don’t want potential customers to know about its possible location. The Forgrich reviews scam website listed no other identifying data, including no mailing addresses or phone numbers.
The Forgrich reviews scam website featured an “About Us” page — possibly translated from Chinese or obtained from a template — that displayed a strange description not offering much in the way of reassurances of the website’s trustworthiness. It began:
Founded in 2016, Forgrich specializes in retail website sales. Now moved to international e-commerce services, and since then, it has become an online retailer, selling almost anything you may need or think of.
The Forgrich team is dedicated to providing customers with low-cost, high-quality products and professional customer service. Our motto is “Customer is everything,” and we follow to ensure that our products only offer you exclusive deals and special offers.
One of the more concerning aspects of the Forgrich reviews scam about Amazon.com, Segway e-bikes and electric scooters was that the website hosted several product photos the scammers obtained from other and perhaps more credible websites. In other words, there would be no guarantee of shoppers receiving the same quality item they might expect from a well-known brand — like the genuine Amazon.com website or the Segway or scooter companies — if they ordered an item from Forgrich.com. Customers would possibly receive cheaply-made knockoff items or something completely different from the products they ordered.
Need Help After Buying Something from Forgrich.com?
If any consumers who purchased products from the Forgrich reviews scam website about Amazon.com, Segway e-bikes and electric scooters need help and cannot reach the owner or owners residing in China or elsewhere, I recommend calling your credit card company on the phone. Credit card companies often share good advice about how to handle situations involving potential scams. I suggest any consumers who fell for this scam to ask your credit card company if they can refund the money. Mention your years of loyalty and on-time payments. Further, ask if it’s possible to block future charges from the same seller.
Additional Notes
In my research, I noticed that the Forgrich and Forgrich.com Facebook pages both displayed a creation date of Dec. 18, 2022. The pages listed managers located in the U.S., Lithuania and the U.K.

A search of the Trustpilot.com website showed a single one-star review for Forgrich.com translating to the words, “Fraud and humbug.” The GoDaddy.com registrar information said the owners of the Forgrich reviews scam website created its domain on Dec. 13, 2022.
The official Amazon.com website is Amazon.com. Meanwhile, the official company Facebook page for Amazon is located at facebook.com/Amazon. As of this writing, the Facebook page displayed more than 30 million likes, 29 million followers and a blue verified badge signifying its authenticity.
